Kia Chambers is the President and CEO of Prestige Property Brokers LLC. , a residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm in the tri-city area. ( Columbus, GA, Phenix City, AL, Ft. Benning, GA) With more than 20 years of real estate experience, being a native of the area, and being raised in a military family, Kia captures the attention of those who desire an agent who is knowledgeable and resourceful.
Kia prides herself on being a top-selling seller’s agent specializing in luxury real estate sales and multifamily investments. She has established herself as a mainstay in the real estate field with a wide array of experiences. She has experience as a Real Estate School Instructor, Short Sales Specialist, and Marketing Manager for contractual clients such as Fannie Mae, HUD, Bank of America, and others. She is committed to streamlining the process for her clients and building long-term relationships.
Kia has received multiple-year Circle of Excellent Aways and was first inducted into the Million Dollar Club in 2008. Kia is also a strong community servant, and she serves passionately as a Rotarian, a school board member, and a member of multiple boards. She serves on the local RPAC Committee for realtors and the REACH Committee that serves the city’s less fortunate.
